Really want to lose some weight and get in shape over the summer

but literally don’t have the self control.

Food is just too good.

I walk into the kitchen and see a bowl of apples then a packet of Bacon. 

Bacon is great. 

Then someone at school asks if I want to go to McDonalds. Hardly going to say no am I?

Eating is too good.
