I mean it could be really interesting if we had some good teachers who actually had knowledge of the subject.
We were using Windows Movie Maker to do a little animation to show our plan for our trailer and people in my class had never used it before and my teacher actually said ‘If you don’t know how to use it, just google it’, really assuring from your A-Level teacher, if you don’t know, ask the internet. Tbh, google would probably be a better teacher.
Today we had to mess about with the Cameras and iMovie to learn to use the software and make a short film about a giant killer rabbit. All 5 of us who turned up had to film together and it was really difficult to held direct this, when they didn’t understand what I was trying to shoot and couldn’t be bothered to do anything ‘because it was cold’. We got it done in the end and when we all got working on the filming, it looked half decent.
We got split into two groups for editing and I basically just did the whole thing myself with no help from my teacher.
This whole post has sounded really big headed but it really gets on my nerves
But my name for the film about a Giant Killer rabbit on a rampage is pretty good right? ‘Grabbit’. Eh? anybody?
